Many wedding dress manufacturers require bridal boutiques to buy a minimum number of dresses to be used as showroom items or samples. These wedding gowns are for brides to try on. Most of these gowns have only been tried on a few times or some may never have been tried on. The gowns are all in near perfect condition. In a few instances, a dress may have some minor defects, however these dresses will be identified as such, as consequently the price for these few gowns will reflect their defect. We do recommend that you clean the dress. The dress will also need to be ironed since it will wrinkle with shipping.

Wedding Dresses For Less offers a 3 day satisfaction guarantee policy. The 3 day guarantee starts the day that your order arrives and weekends.

Return Policy:
The customer will  incur all shipping and insurance costs to and from Wedding Dresses for Less, so be sure that you are confident about your purchase. These costs are non-recoverable. 

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a flat fee of $35 will be charged to cover our preparation expenses.

If you need to return an item after your receive it, you may return it for a full refund. We encourage you not to wear or alter the merchandise until you are 100% satisfied. Refunds not be issues for worn or altered merchandise. To return your item:

1. You must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number from us via email or telephone within 3 days of receiving your item.
2. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. This may require express shipping methods.
3. The merchandise must be insured for the purchase price.
4. The returned merchandise is in its original condition.

You will receive the return policy in writing with your order.
Your credit card will be credited within 72 hours of receiving the returned merchandise

Shipping:
Wedding Dresses For Less will ship wedding gowns within 5 business days of your order. All merchandise is shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation; so someone will need to sign for your gown when it arrives.
We strongly suggest that you ship to your place of business, since normally no one will be home at your home address during the day to sign for your package.

**On International Orders, our shipping fees do not include any customs or duty that your country may impose.  
All shipping and insuring costs are your responsibility.
Wedding gowns will wrinkle in shipping. Once your dress has been altered you will need to have the dress professionally presses. Many times your seamstress will press your wedding gown upon completion of their alterations.
